Lateral Flow Test
The Government has just announced that from 9 April onward, everyone is entitled to free lateral flow test twice a week, even when you don’t have symptoms. You can access this test in the following ways:
A home ordering service, you can order online and have it delivered to your home
Workplace testing programmes, on-site or at home
Community testing, offered by all local authorities
Collection at a local test site during specific test collection time windows testing on-site at schools and colleges
A rapid test is not as accurate as lab test, so even if your test result is negative, you should still observe government’s guidelines on face covering and social distancing.
